Service

The Local Visibility Snapshot is an independent review of public-facing business information available at the time of research. The standard service covers one business location and is delivered as a PDF report.

Price, intake, and delivery

The standard price is $49. Delivery is targeted within two business days after both successful payment and complete intake are received. Incomplete, inaccurate, or inaccessible information may delay delivery. If an unusual circumstance prevents timely completion, RPG Dungeon LLC will communicate a revised date or available remedy.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, have authority to request the work for the identified business, and use the report lawfully. Do not send passwords, private account access, confidential customer data, or regulated sensitive information.

What is not promised

Search and map results vary by location, device, history, personalization, competition, and time. The service does not guarantee placement, traffic, leads, revenue, policy approval, or any specific business outcome. Findings are observations and recommendations, not legal, tax, financial, or platform-account advice.

Independence

RPG Dungeon LLC is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Eric's personal Google Local Guide activity is separate and unpaid. No review, rating, photo, edit, Q&A contribution, or other Maps contribution is included in the service.

Corrections

You may request one factual correction within seven calendar days of delivery by replying to the delivery email and providing the public source supporting the correction. This does not include strategic disagreements, changed information, or added scope.

Cancellations and refunds

A full refund may be requested before research begins. Because the report is custom work, payments are generally non-refundable after research begins, except where RPG Dungeon LLC cannot deliver the purchased service or applicable law requires otherwise. Duplicate charges and verified billing errors will be corrected.

Report use

You may use the delivered report internally for the identified business. RPG Dungeon LLC retains ownership of its methods, templates, scoring structure, and general know-how. You may not resell or falsely attribute the report.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RPG Dungeon LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the website, report, public platforms, or decisions made from recommendations. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

General terms

These terms are governed by Washington law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These terms may be updated for future purchases; the version in effect at purchase applies to that order.
