Information you provide
When you purchase a service, complete an intake, or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, business name, business location, website, public profile links, and project details. Please do not provide passwords or sensitive account credentials; RPG Dungeon LLC does not need them for the Local Visibility Snapshot.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. RPG Dungeon LLC does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe's handling of payment information is governed by its own privacy terms.
How information is used
- To process and fulfill the service you requested.
- To communicate about intake, delivery, factual corrections, and support.
- To maintain necessary business, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction records.
- To improve service quality using aggregated or de-identified observations.
Public business information
The Local Visibility Snapshot evaluates information already visible to the public through search results, maps, business profiles, websites, and linked public pages. A report may preserve observations or screenshots necessary to support its findings.
Sharing and selling
RPG Dungeon LLC does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed for payment, communications, document delivery, hosting, recordkeeping, or legal compliance.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to deliver services, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction of information you provided, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. Questions and requests may be sent to contact@rpgdungeonllc.com.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the business, website, or services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
